Our Unbreakable® Umbrella has no unusual parts, no more metal than the average umbrella, does not arouse suspicion, can be legally carried anywhere (even where weapons are banned as it is an ordinary but extremely sturdy umbrella), unlike a walking stick does not cause strange looks when carried by a healthy person, and protects against rain (it is covered with modern double-layered waterproof fabric). Anyone who can defend themselves with a stick can also use this umbrella.

U-212s

U-202s
The Unbreakable® telescopic umbrella model U-202s with steel shaft is intended for professional bodyguards.
You confirm that you are a professional bodyguard and can use the U-202s safely. As a professional, you need to be aware that the U-202s is difficult to deny with its weight of almost two pounds (1 lb 10 oz or 745 g) - it does not pass inspections as easily as our other umbrellas or U-212s. This has implications for carrying it on air travel, for example.

Our Unbreakable® telescopic umbrellas are handmade in Poland from the highest quality materials and stand up to rain and wind just like the highest quality umbrellas. The frames of the Unbreakable® telescopic umbrellas model U-202 are handmade from high-strength steel and polyester fibreglass laminates. The telescopic shafts of these umbrellas can support weights of well over 100 kg (220 lb) when extended and will last more than a lifetime if not abused. Unbreakable® telescopic umbrellas are guaranteed not to break under normal use (see our limited lifetime warranty).
Please note: The telescopic shaft of the Unbreakable® telescopic umbrella model U-202s is made of high-strength mild steel, not stainless steel. After contact with water, the shaft should be wiped dry and lightly oiled. If rust stains form, they must be removed with a Scotch-Brite pad or steel wool before oiling. To oil, put a drop of machine oil on a soft cloth and rub both the tube and the shaft bar with the cloth.
If your umbrella has become wet, leave it open to dry. Allow the umbrella to dry completely before folding it up. Otherwise mould will form on the fabric of the umbrella. As the mould grows, it produces enzymes that digest the fibres of the fabric on which it grows, causing permanent damage and weakening of the fabric, with a result as in the case described.
IMPORTANT!
Our Unbreakable® telescopic umbrella is designed for protection from the elements (in every sense of the word) and not for clowning around. It is covered with a high quality waterproof fabric, not an abrasion or cut resistant fabric, because it needs to look, weigh and function like a normal umbrella. So don't expect this fabric to remain undamaged if you hit objects with the Unbreakable® Telescopic Umbrella.
The Unbreakable® Umbrella Limited Warranty
The Unbreakable® Umbrellas Limited Warranty applies only to Unbreakable® Umbrellas purchased either directly from us or from our authorised dealers. Purchases from other sellers are excluded from our warranty. The original proof of purchase for the umbrella must be provided in order to claim under the guarantee.
Our Unbreakable® Umbrellas are handmade in Poland from the highest quality materials. Unbreakable® Umbrella Frames are guaranteed not to break under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or abuse, such as throwing the Unbreakable® Umbrella under a train, bulldozer or heavy truck, hacking with an axe, hitting with a hammer, throwing into a wood chipper, setting on fire or subjecting them to other abuse such as hitting rocks, bricks, wooden posts, hard metal parts, nor does it cover damage to the fabric as well as scratches caused by "trial and error" or normal wear and tear. Any alteration to the Unbreakable® Umbrella, including disassembly of elements of the frame (except as necessary to replace the canopy), will void the warranty.
The Unbreakable® Umbrella Limited Warranty does not cover fabric wear and tear or damage (unless the fabric is defective), as even the highest quality umbrella fabric cannot be guaranteed to withstand the abrasive forces that occur in a hard impact between the wiring of the frame and the object struck. Unbreakable® Umbrella is for protection against the elements (in every sense of the word) and not for clowning around. It is covered in a high quality waterproof fabric, not an abrasion or cut resistant fabric, because it needs to look, weigh and function like a normal umbrella. So don't expect this fabric to remain undamaged if you hit heavy bags, baseball bats and the like with it.
Claims on receipt of goods damaged in transit
Claims for refund or replacement of goods damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery, enclosing a copy of the relevant claim form completed at the local post office. Packages that are visibly damaged should be refused, resulting in the US Postal Service (or your country's postal service) returning them to us at no charge.
Claims for receipt of defective goods
Claims for other defects in the goods discovered after delivery must be made to the seller (us or another authorised seller of the Unbreakable® Umbrella from which you purchased it) within 48 hours of delivery, together with a photograph (no larger than 300KB or 640px x 480px) of the defect. For claims under our limited warranty, we or our authorised seller will reimburse you for the actual cost of returning the defective merchandise by mail up to the cost of Priority Mail/Postage.
Limited Lifetime Warranty for Premium Models of the Unbreakable® Stick Umbrella (U-202s ).
Premium models of Unbreakable® umbrellas are handcrafted in Poland from the highest quality materials and stand up to rain and wind just like the highest quality umbrellas. The frames of the premium models of the Unbreakable® cane umbrella can support a weight of well over 100 kg (220 lb). The frames of the premium models of the Unbreakable® Walking-Stick Umbrella are guaranteed not to break under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or misuse (click here for warranty exclusions).

If the frame of any particular model of Unbreakable® cane umbrella breaks under normal use, i.e. what is normal for the strongest cane and an umbrella, while following the use and care instructions, please contact our authorised dealer from whom you purchased the umbrella, or us if you purchased the umbrella directly from us, and provide the original purchase receipt for the umbrella and a photograph of the defect. Upon receipt of the original purchase receipt and photo of the defect, our authorised dealer or we will arrange a repair or refund if you so wish. ATTENTION! Messages with photos or other attachments larger than 500 KB may be blocked from our mailbox. If it is difficult for you to reduce the photos to our specifications, please send your unreduced photos via a free file transfer service, e.g. wetransfer.com.
